What deposit is required?
No deposit is required to rent with us: €0 deposit. In the event of an at-fault accident or damage caused to the vehicle, the renter may however be held liable for the costs of the damage, in accordance with the terms of the rental contract.
What is the minimum age to rent a vehicle?
The driver must be at least 21 years old and must have held their driving licence for a minimum of 3 years.
What documents are required?
A valid identity card or passport, together with a valid driving licence.
Can I travel outside Spain with the vehicle?
The vehicles are intended for use in Spain only. Any travel outside Spanish territory requires prior authorisation from VZ RENT.
Who is allowed to drive the vehicle?
Only the driver or drivers expressly named on the rental contract are authorised to drive the vehicle.
What should I do in the event of a breakdown or accident?
In the event of a breakdown or accident, contact VZ RENT immediately on the number given in your rental contract. We will tell you the procedure to follow.
What is the fuel policy?
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was collected.
What happens if I return the vehicle late?
Any unauthorised delay may result in additional charges calculated per rental day. If you expect to be late, please contact VZ RENT as soon as possible.
What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellation made at least 48 hours before the start of the rental is free of charge. The conditions applying to cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure will be specified at the time of booking.
